At the Social Roots Foundation, we are driven by a mission to champion social and economic justice, foster education, and enhance access to mental health resources.
SRF was founded on December 1, 2021 in Phoenix, Arizona serving relatives who reside in Maricopa County. We have since been able to expand into Charlotte, North Carolina for 2026 programming.
Our work focuses on serving underserved Indigenous and African American youth, young adults, and families.
We envision a future where BIPOC communities thrive, supported by holistic service initiatives, mentorship programs, scholarships, and career readiness opportunities.
By addressing generational cycles and barriers to success, we aim to nurture individual potential and build resilient, empowered communities.
Founded on the principles of equity, love, and inclusion, we are committed to breaking down systemic barriers, uplifting voices, and fostering well-being.
